I Know First, Ltd. is a financial technology company that provides daily investment forecasts based on an advanced, adaptable, self-learning algorithm. The company’s algorithm predicts over 3,000 securities (and growing) with capabilities to discover patterns in large sets of historical stock market data.

London based artist Fabio Lattanzi Antinori has begun his exhibition on September 21st, 2016, at Pavilion of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Shanghai. At the center of his project, there will be an interactive sculpture, inspired by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, which features many FinTech companies such as I Know First in the market prediction. The sculpture continually cross references databases of historical financial data with future predictive forecasts derived from a wide range of available and dedicated sources, in order to attempt financial predictions during the days of the exhibition; these calculations, are then used to direct an unfinished choir and chattering of synthesised intangible voices. The technology used, allows participants to have the ‘feel’ of interacting in the financial market, through this interactive art display. Press Release

I Know First has collaborated with Fabio, using forecasts based off their state of the art self-learning algorithm. The artwork, along with I Know First, have as well been featured in Liberation Daily, the national newspaper in China, which prints approximately 700 thousand copies on a daily bases. I Know First has as well been featured in a press release for the newspaper, written by one of the editors, ZhongHan, remarking the wonderful work accomplished for the museum by I Know First through the financial data forecasted by the algorithm.

CTO and Co-Founder of I Know First Dr. Lipa Roitman notes “The Chinese philosophical concepts of Yin and Yang can be interpreted as symbolic representations of market forces. Fear and Greed, Yin and Yang are two opposing and complementary forces that keep each other in check. The constant interplay of the optimism and pessimism is what causes market waves, peaks and crashes. Our AI forecasting algorithms are designed to measure these forces and forecast the future.”

I Know First CEO Yaron Golgher views this collaboration as “an interesting and unique combination of art, financial markets & artificial intelligence algorithms. It serves as a demonstration of the clear concrete connection between the actions of individuals and their impact on the stock exchange.”
