The trading strategy used in this report was first developed by Dr. Roitman, and was later explained further in a working paper and video tutorial.

We used the 5 day moving average price rule to detect all the trades in March 2015 which could have been made according to various signal entries, some trades are from the top stocks, others aggressive, and others small cap forecasts. All data is using the 1 month forecast.

The safe investor (Entry signal 64, exit signal 10)

The safe investor only invests in a stock when the signal on that morning forecast is above 64 for a long trade or below -64 for a short trade. He will sell the stock when the signal is below 10, or the price closes below the 5 day moving average for a long trade and for a short trade when the signal is above -10 or the assets price moves above the 5 day moving average.
