The latest news for Deutsche Lufthansa AG is its most recent offering. Shareholders of LHA.DE, have been given the option to receive dividends of EURO 0.50 per share or new shares in the company. The cash payments is expected to amount to roughly EUR 211 million, while it’s expected 1.5 million new shares will be issued.
