Apple Stock Forecast: Why Apple Needs To Improve Siri ASAP
There’s an urgent need for Apple (AAPL) to quickly improve its smart voice assistant, Siri. Apple’s Siri is still the dumbest smart voice assistant. The laggard status of Siri against Amazon’s (AMZN) Alexa and Alphabet’s (GOOG) Google Assistant is partly why Apple’s HomePod smart speaker only has 6% market share in the U.S. There were 66 million smart speakers sold/installed in to the U.S. last year but HomePod is failing there.

Siri can also be a compelling selling point for its iPhone and iPad devices. However, the declining iPhone sales compels Apple to find new sources of growth. Smart devices like the HomePod could be new growth catalysts for Apple. The HomePod could be a non-iPhone revenue booster for Apple. Since this device relies so heavily on Siri, it is integral that Apple make some improvements to Siri as soon as possible. Apple has billions of dollars in opportunities from making a smarter Siri.

Stock Picking Algorithms: The Machine Advantage
Investors pick stocks in different ways such as from the news, from companies that make products they like, from balance sheets, using fundamental analysis or technical analysis, but all of those methods have different risks and different issues. Fundamental analysis is important. However, the common argument against it is that the current stock price already reflects the known fundamentals. Technical analysts rely on chart patterns and known indicators to find oversold or overbought stocks, but since the world around us is constantly changing, we can’t expect a pattern to repeat itself.

At I Know First, we use computers, mathematics, and self-learning algorithms to pick stocks. Markets move in waves, and our algorithms are designed to detect and predict these waves. The use of mathematics and algorithms eliminates a big problem that all of us share, being emotional. When it comes to money decisions, we make decisions that are irrational and too impulsive. The algorithmic method is the best method since it is unbiased and it detects market movements in its predictions. It is the method used at I Know First.

NVDA Stock Forecast: Mellanox Can Fortify Nvidia’s Data Center Business
Chipmaker giant Nvidia recently acquired Mellanox. Mellanox is a data center-centric company supplying Ethernet switches and accelerator processors. After a bidding war with Intel over the data company, Nvidia settled on a $7 billion payment. While this may seem like a steep payment, Mellanox’s annual revenue is more than $1 billion with a net income of $134.26 million.

Mellanox develops and sells Ethernet switches, network cards, System-on-Chips, and network processors/accelerators for high performance computing platforms (HCP). Nvidia can now augment its Datacenter revenue/income by bundling its data center GPU accelerators with Mellanox-branded InfiniBand/VPI adapters, Ethernet switch, and BlueField network processors. The demise of GPU-demand from cryptocurrency miners is why the Gaming and Datacenter business segments of Nvidia saw notable drops in Q4 FY 2019. Mellanox’s $1 billion annual revenue can boost Nvidia’s Datacenter business and can offset the lost tailwind from Ethereum mining.

Stock Market Forecast: Why The Market Is Predictable
The majority of people are incredulous about the prospect of using AI to correctly forecast the stock market. They believe the market is too random and therefore, unpredictable. However, the mistake these people make is that they fail to understand that the market is not simply a series of indiscriminate/ arbitrary actions, but rather thecombination of all of these individual events form a chaotic system.

Chaotic systems are dynamical systems that are highly sensitive to initial conditions and arise from a multitude of reasons. One of theprimary ways that market acts chaotically is because (despite one of the most basic economic assumptions) people do NOT always act rationally because of psychological concepts like risk aversion in which losses have a greater emotional impact than gains, trend lovers who follow the herd, news bias, and overreaction.
