China Eastern Airlines (CEA) operates in the civil aviation industry. The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China. China Eastern Airlines recently announced that it was seeking buyers for its remaining 5% stake in Joy Air, a smaller domestic airline. The company has asked for $5.5 million for the stake. This comes after it sold a 35% stake in 2009.
