Just Energy Group Inc. is a natural gas and electricity retailer operating across North America and Canada.  In addition, Just Energy rents and sells high efficiency and tankless water heaters, air conditioners, and furnaces to its Ontario and Quebec residents.  As of June 3rd, Just Energy Group Inc filed with the Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange announcing a June dividend of $.07/share.  Recently, Just Energy agreed to sell National Energy Corp, its water heater and HVAC services business, for C$505 million.  This sale will help Just Energy reduce debt levels by allowing them to pay down roughly C$400 million of current outstanding debt.

VOXX International Corporation (VOXX) is an international distributor in the automotive, audio and consumer accessory industries.  As of June 26th, VOXX Electronics, a subsidiary of VOXX International Corporation, announced its new Car Connection Insurance Discount program.  This service allows subscribers to save hundreds of dollars on their car insurance policies by signing up with Car Connection.  Audiovox Car Connection is a convenience and diagnostic tool that helps improve vehicle and driver performance.  With a purchase price of $179.95 and a monthly fee of $10, this new discount program should help drive sales, ultimately improving the company’s bottom line.

XOMA Corporation (XOMA) is engaged in the discovery and development of antibody-based therapeutics. The Company’s lead drug candidate is Gevokizumab, a potent monoclonal antibody.  Xoma Corporation is expecting clinical trial results for Gevokizumab, the company’s flagship drug, any day now. With a reported net loss of $4.7 million for the first financial quarter of 2014, Xoma needs to commercialize Gevokizumab as soon as possible.

McDermott International, Inc. (MDR) is an engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) company. The company is focused on designing and executing complex offshore oil and gas projects worldwide.  On June 10th, Direct John F. Bookout III acquired 50,000 shares of McDermott International Stock.  Additionally, on May 30th McDermott announced that they have been selected as the successful bidder in the tender process for an EPC contract for the Gendalo-Gehem natural gas development in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Orbital Sciences Corporation develops and manufactures small and medium class rockets and space systems for commercial, military and civil government customers.  The company’s products and services are grouped in three segments: launch vehicles, satellites and space systems, and advanced space programs.  As of Tuesday, July 1st, NASA is ready to launch a $470 million satellite created by Orbital Science.  The satellite will give scientists their clearest picture of earth’s warming atmosphere by tracking carbon dioxide levels.

Coeur Mining, Inc. is a silver producer with gold production and has assets located in the United States, Mexico, Bolivia, Argentina and Australia. At first glance, Coeur may appear to be just another heavily sold silver and gold mining related stock, but this company could easily be worth double its current valuation of just under $1 billion.  Coeur Mining has recently entered into letters of intent (LOI) to amend the Palmarejo gold streaming agreement with Franco-Nevada,which the firm thinks will drastically reduce Coeur’s productions costs and increase its cash flow.

AAR CORP.(AIR) is a diversified provider of products and services to the worldwide commercial aviation, government, and defense markets.  On June 24th, the company made headlines by becoming the first American aviation company to win a five-year multi-million dollar contract from Kenya Airways to offer support services to its 737NG aircraft fleet.  The rising trend of Africa’s middle-class using air travel will play a major role in driving the momentum in Africa’s aviation industry.  AARP is on the forefront of this emerging market, and this latest deal will only  strengthen the company ’s evergrowing footprint in Kenya.

(WETF) is an asset management company that focuses on exchange-traded funds (ETFs).  The company’s family of ETFs includes both fundamentally weighted funds that track its own indexes, as well as actively managed funds.  The company’s strength can be seen in multiple areas, such as its robust revenue growth, significant return on equity, and expanding profit margins.  WisdomTree’s revenue growth of 46.3% greatly exceeded the industry average of 5.1%, translating into higher earnings per share for the company.
